My custom made cakes for mum and brother!! Designed, planned, paid and delivered while I’m “studying” in Kedah!!! Nearly got heart attack planning their delivery but mum sounds really happy over it so mission accomplished!! Well worth the effort!! Hehe… Will do more guerilla presents soon I guess??? Lol.. Now must focus on REALLY studying!!!!
Let’s celebrate my graduation in about a month!!!! 
Yes, it’s that time of the year every year where I celebrate birthday, 冬至, Christmas and New Year holiday-package-combo in just almost a week. Ain’t it fun? This time around I didn’t get to spend it with my usual group of ppl. But I thank Gerviene, Shih Lin, Rachel, Youming and Soo Huan for spending my b’day with me. It was MUCH better than spending it all cooped up in my room alone…most probably sleeping or watching shows… Lol… And my presents… Hehe… I totally love all the sincere cards and practical gifts for me. I think I’m at that age where I get all sentimental receiving written wishes and blessings... Lol.. Few years from now, I’ll probably get all mushy and cry looking at my gifts… And further down the road…..
Hahahaha…. I can almost imagine this progressive evolvement change…. LOL!!!

On another note, this was our fully DIY gift box for Youming!!! Everything, the gift contents inside, our b’day card, and the box was handmade!! Inside out!! SO proud!!! Looks oh-so-fine doesn’t it?? And yes, to prove the authenticity of our creativity and sincerity, you can see one part without the wrapper. Haha… Sign of it being genuine. And her gift?? Weighs by the kilogram. Lol… What is it you ask?? Well…. That shall be a funny memory and secret for Rachel and I…

This is the sixth day I’m back in Kedah… sigh… Miss KL so so so so so much already…We’re just back from a holiday and apparently are being thrusted into exam mode straightaway… Ugh, disturbingly spiteful.. Especially since end of this semester would be our second year’s final exam.. Sighs….Comparing all dental years’ final exams, this is supposedly the hardest.. Sighs for the third time… Oh wells, kick those thoughts aside for now and let’s see what happened on the fourth week of the fourth month in my life..
Other than NOT studying at all for my Malaysian Studies mid term paper, we have ADSAlympics this week in history, a one of a kind olympic for us, dental students with events going strong and continuous for around one and a half week non-stop.. Throughout this whole week, I’m in our batch’s cheerleading squad so yeah, am really really tired with the end result being Gerviene and I lost our amazing voices due to much shouting and cheering.. Her case is more serious though coz.. well, for all those who know me, you know how powerful my voice is and can be right? (I dunno whether to feel happy or sad writing that down =p) Will post up cheerleaders’ picture and choreographed cheer dance in the next post..Then on Tuesday night celebrated Melissa’s birthday, my ex-爱人 (She said it, not me!! I’m innocent k??!!lol..) at Eternal Zone, a buffet cum BBQ place in a quite secluded place in SP.. (mainly coz I never knew of its existence before this..=p) But after my recent Yaki Yaki trip, all other food outlets with similar concept holds no appeal to me so I can’t review bout the food there alrights?? However, it’s a good place to go to when you’re seriously hungry, lol, since it is actually quite cheap while you fill to your heart’s content.. There is also a karaoke room there for aspiring singers..

Review on that cafe is… Thumbs DOWN!! My gosh, the service’s bad (though the waiter’s real cute =p), the food’s so-so, the place’s typical and the seatings? Crampy.. Ugh…Do not give this new place a try if you’re:
(a) Hungry, as they’ll take forever to serve you
(b) Going in a big group, as you’ll have to squeeze and refer back to (a)
(c ) Expecting, anything at all…
The only good thing here is I guess, the Wii and the PS2 which are there for customers..But only if there’s a few of you there.. Otherwise, you’ll just have to fight for it.. Oh, and the other good thing may be the waiter/ waitresses who’re kinda cute??(though one of the waitress’s darn rude/obnoxious/simply needs a slap on her skinny face)
That aside, since we’re celebrating qp’s birthday, I’ll let the complaints pass for now...And hope that everyone had much fun as me!!
Oh, and on a personal level, this is a special gift to QP, it’s a private between us thing so, don’t ask me why!! Lol..

The next morning, with groggy eyes and all, we somehow managed to wake up in time to go to the market to buy stuffs for BBQ later at night... Since the market is just like any other market, I shall spare you the sight in case you start imagining disgusting odours drifting thru your nostril soon... Anyway, then we had breakfast at this Chinese coffee shop where Jo En-our hostess and my darling roommate-and her family eats faithfully almost every morning.. A whole new level of dedication ppl!! Lol...

Ahem, joke's aside, then came lunch, where Jo En (supposedly, bwahaha..), her mum and her maid proceeded to come up with this spread.. Yum... Funny thing is, even after Jo En announced loudly that we're eating at her place, AGNES, was so blur, she went in the room to get her purse out... Which resulted in all of us laughing quite loud... Lik... Earth to Agnes, Earth to Agnes, come back now, come back now!! hahaha...
Yum!!! Which we all promptly gulped down leaving her other family members empty in the stomach.. Sorry, uncle!!!
You would think we would be full after that meal right, but NOOOOOooooooo, there we go again, out we go, for a tea time meal at a Siam stall near Jo En's house at Taman Indera, Jitra.. Do leave me a comment if you wanna know the exact location.. Since it's a Thailand thingy, do expect the food to be sliiightly on the spicy edge... But the "ais kacang" there's mmm, mmm, YUMMY!!! The best most of us ever tasted... Serious!!! Just check the pictures out and decide for yourself...
Spicy & sour "som tam".. It's a Thai dish made up of shreds of unripe papaya, peanuts, their signature paste and chilis..Real yummy but a tad too spicy for me...Not recommended for those with a weak tongue...
There're fried noodles, rice etc served as well... A so-so review though...
The main attraction there would be this humongous giant of an "ais kacang" tower!! Yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy..... And unbelievably cheap!! It's priced a a meagre price of RM1.20.. yes, you've read correctly, ONE RINNGGIT AND TWENTY CENTS!! Like, WHAT??!!!! Trust me, this is a not-to-be-missed-thing...
After that huge tower for each of us girls, we are actually ready to brace fire and smoke for a barbeque session... We are Malaysians, hear us-or our stomachs to be more exact-ROOOOAAAAARRRRRRR!!!! Scary actually, haha, but we don't really care so...

Friday-27th of February
Kidnapped the b'day gurl to my car and blindfolded her with check this out, heart-shaped-paper-sunglasses!!! Made lovingly by her roommate... Lol, now THAT was a sight to behold.. Next drove her for almost an hour all the way to Autocity in Penang while lying to her that only Agnes n I were there with her... Her other roommates, Melissa and Youming were in another car drove by my reli goofy good roommate, Jo En and (yes, I'm dedicating this post to you first...proud or not?? Hehe..) we were chasing each other the whole journey.. How we manage to race and yet make the blindfolded b'day girl fall asleep? Well, I don't know myself either!! Lol... Our destination- a buffet place that serves all things Asian-Tao.
Yes, that's the b'day girl with the oh-so-cute blindfold and Agnes..(That's the humiliating price she has to pay in return for the 3-day-celebration... Well worth it I would say, don't you??)

You wouldn't believe the amount of food we ate that night! okay, it wasn't an-extravagantly-awful-much due to unforeseen circumstance with Jo En's car but all in all, I would say I would definitely go back for another round next time.. It's incredibly money well spent as there's a free flow of sushi, salad and drinks for the whole time you're there... Do check their website out if you're interested.. (A friendly advise to Tao though, do update your site, it's plain... unhelpful actually... Oh, and Tao should consider hiring me as their ambassador, I'll be real good in being one!!! Lol... To blog readers interested, I would suggest you giving them a call to get more information..)

After this all-you-can-eat-pit-stop, we're finally on our way to Jo En's house mansion castle in Jitra.. Been there twice so this would be my third time there.. A bit paiseh actually... =p So yes, other than the irritating outpour of rain from heaven above for almost half an hour to an hour at night which caused driving to be at a crawling pace, we reached her house around 11.30pm.. Then at the strike of 12, we did NOT celebrate Pui Shie's b'day.. The reason?? Cause it's fun to tease PS I guess.. so she waited... and waited... and waited... and waited somemore... Lol... But yeah, we weren't that bad so...
There you go, her b'day cake!!! (Btw, why are there candle holders together with purchase only in Jitra???!!! It's so unfair!! KL and SP are such a stingy places...)
The really surprised but happy b'day girl -who's in love with her uni apparently-after waiting for so long wondering why are we so dreadful.. Lol...
